Movie Review - National Treasure (Book of Secrets)

It is a good movie, thou not great haha....
It's pretty exciting from start to finish with quite a few laughers...
But the story is kinda long... and slightly draggy in some parts..
Some say the first is better.. this is not as good...
Well luckily I didnt watch the first one hahaha so this is pretty good to me!
All the action and the story is interesting... Exciting!!!

Movie Review - The Heartbreak Kid

The Heartbreak Kid

It's abt a 40 yr old man(Ben Stiller) was kinda convinced into marrying his girlfriend who he just known for 6 weeks. She was sweet... till after the wedding.
He found out she was Annoying and Crazy!!
A Total Nightmare!!
Then he met a girl on his honeymoon and fell in love. (again)

The heartbreak kid is pretty funny with a lot of stupid crude jokes hahaa...
At least it's not as dumb as Borat haha
If you like sexual jokes and animal jokes,
You will enjoy this show!

**But be sure to stay till the credits end cos after the credits there are more hilarious surprises, so do not be tooo anxious to leave the cinema when the lights come on.

A good show to enjoy with ur dudes but too much for first dates hahaha

Movie Review - The Golden Compass

THE GOLDEN COMPASS

To me this movie is too childish. There's no depth in it.
It's abt a little girl who's on the journey to rescue her friend at the north pole.
All the "war" scenes are too easily won by "the good" and "the evil" always looses.
And the ending is, the girl wants to fight for free will in the next episode.

Every part of the story is cut short, leaving us wondering what really happened to create all this conflict.

I think the meaning of the story is the usual, "the bad" aka the gobblers want to gain power to control everyone's mind.

They target the children cos they are the easiest to influence before they grow up with a mind of their own. This is why the children keep disappearing.
This little girl, who is the so called "special" one who can read the golden compass which tells the truth to whatever you ask. *Acts just like a guide mainly...
So the girl freed the children and wants to fight back for freedom, to defeat the "Authority" who are abusing and controlling everyone.

Isn't it a boring story *yawn*
So lame...
Nothing interesting or difference in the plot.
Not worth watching. And I heard it a trilogy DAMN!!
